There is an abandoned bridge behind Plain Dealer Pavilion (where I work in the summer) that I have taken almost the exact same picture from. Where was this picture shot from?
this picture is great. but it is no replacement for a news update.
that bridge isn’t abandoned anymore.
Unless you are talking about the one inside the gates of PDP, then we are talking about different bridges.
